An Idea is Born
As a homeowner and a Transportation Manager for many years, I found myself calling around different companies to care of my property and my trucks. In 2006 I started washing the trucks for one of the company's that I managed. I enjoyed the satisfaction of seeing the final results to a messy situation. A couple years later, I started KLEAN UP PATROL a family owned and operated company with the goal to offer an "Affordable service with Integrity and Respect". We are here to help in all your Kleaning needs!
Pressure/Power Washing
Here at Klean Up Patrol, one of our services we offer is power and pressure washing. They are both important because they preserve the integrity of the surfaces, such as: concrete, asphalt or commercial vehicles. We take pride in the work that we do and the impact it has on your home, business or vehicle!
Residential Pressure & Power Washing
Power washing uses heat and pressure washing doesn’t, depending on the job we decide which one to use. It’s essential to use hot water to ensure stained surfaces are cleaned up properly. Pressure washing also removes rust, paint & mold on various surfaces.
We use higher and lower PSI for the following:
4,000 PSI with a 9 gallon/minute pressure washer:
- Oil Spills
- Driveways
- Concrete
3,000 PSI with a 4 gallon/minute pressure washer
- Stucco
- Windows
- Brick
- Wood
Commercial Pressure & Power Washing
One technique we use for truck washing, is called downstreaming pressure washing. This is when we use a pressure washing wand that dispenses soap. We use pressure washers to clean engines to remove dirt and oil buildup. We also use pressure washers for store fronts, roof cleanings, trash compactors wash outs and garbage pad clean outs.
